Little Trees Marketing Plan

Our team developed an in-depth marketing plan for CAR-FRESHENER’s top-selling product, LITTLE TREES. The entire plan was sent to the Brand Managers of LITTLE TREES for implementation.

Speaking to the company’s brand manager gave us insight on the marketing objectives for the project. The root of the plan included an in-depth situational and competitive analysis of the car air freshener market. We then constructed a detailed target market description and value proposition to base our final marketing strategies and tactics. The strategies included Facebook engagement, customizable product options and  more. We meticulously devised 3 year implementation plan for the strategies and their tactics to forecast the time and money that would be needed for the campaign. These estimates also included the expected ROI for each year.little
